A Global Energy Storage System Brand with offices in 10 countries, our client is a leading domestic high-tech enterprise and Energy Service Provider. Specialising in household solar storage integrated machines, lithium battery management systems, energy storage converters, smart energy control, management system development, production, manufacturing and sales.

The Opportunity

This is a Technical Support (pre-sales & post-sales services) opportunity for an Electrical Engineering/ Renewable Energy fresh graduate, who is highly-motivated and willing to grow with a brand. Full product training will also be provided.

Work from home in Melbourne or Sydney. Flexibility to travel in the field/ to customers when required.

Role and Responsibilities

You will be reporting to the Sales Manager and the Technical Team overseas.

Design & conduct trials both in the internal lab or at customers’ sites, to help optimize installation process.

Deliver consultation service & technical training as needed, to the sales team, distributors and customers.

Recommend existing products to solve customers’ technical problems

Generate detailed project plans (milestones/activities, dates, responsibility), implement projects on time, within budget & expected performance, follow up on testing results, analyze & summarize data, provide high quality analytical reports.

Establish good communication with customers to understand their needs & provide appropriate quality & service.

Prepare presentations & technical documentation for internal & external customers.

Collaborate with Sales team to identify new business opportunities & support the marketing department with market promotion activities (technical seminars, tradeshows).

Selection Criteria

The successful candidate will be a quick learner with strong leadership, communication & customer services skills, a high level of presentation, as well as flexibility to go to site when required.

Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Bachelor degree or above. Fresh graduates whose major is Electricity/ Electrical Engineering/ Electrochemistry can be accepted.

Experience in Energy Storage related industries is preferred (solar inverter experience highly regarded)

Proficiency in Office software.

Independent writing ability with solid writing skills.
