What role will you play?
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee a global team to provide high quality service to end users, anticipate business needs and continuously uplift that service. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing and managing stakeholder expectations within the business and drive the technology team to achieve those expectations to a high standard.
What you offer
5+ years’ experience in an operations or service management role in a large-scale organisation covering incident and problem management, escalation procedures and related disciplines
Experience supporting an enterprise application
Proven experience in building, coaching, and leading globally distributed teams
Stakeholder and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with senior business and technology stakeholders.
