We are seeking a highly motivated Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Richmond, NSW . As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a reputable company.
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day facility operations.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.
Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and provide solutions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this role.
Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of relevant safety and compliance regulations.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, based in Richmond, NSW.
